Mina has been a Real Estate Agent, Custom Home Representative, Accredited Home Staging Professional, and spent the majority of her career in sales and marketing for both retail and service corporations. Mina chose to take that experience to the design/build industry spending several years as a Sales and Design Consultant for two design firms in Virginia where her range of responsibilities included sales, marketing, vendor relationships, design consultation, and client satisfaction.
It was during this time that Mina experienced first hand the frustration of homeowners and contractors over the remodeling design/build process. She saw a flawed system and decided to do something about it by launching Synergy Design & Consulting.
Since then, she has been determined to transform the process for both homeowners and contractors. Mina’s passion for making a difference with others and commitment to innovation and leadership is unwavering. She has spoken at various leadership conferences and seminars, has been featured in local newspapers, and interviewed by Washington DC media.
